Lauren, whose nickname is “Teensy”, is a 7-year old beloved Beagle and the humble star of this production. However, she credits part of her success to her sisters: Sophie, a 17-year old Border Collie mix, KeeKee, an 11-year old rescued tabby cat, Tyler, a 4-year old Beagle Bundle of Mischief and Ralphie, a 2-year old rescued sparrow with a club foot. They all live a blissful life on a pecan farm in a tiny, rural town in southern Utah.

Their mom, a 20-year veteran artist of advertising agencies as well as a former designer for The Wall Street Journal interprets their silly antics as fodder for each new illustration.

Teensy, Tyler and Sophie enjoy throwing parties for absolutely no reason, barking at livestock, riding the parking tram at Disneyland and convincing small children to feed them cookies.

They relish in hogging the sofa, getting belly rubs and knowing they are loved beyond measure.
